China provides information to Russia to allow Moscow to launch more precise rockets inside Ukraine, an intelligence services official said on Saturday, Reuters reports.
Oleg Alexandrov, an official from the Ukraine's Foreign Intelligence Agency, told the Ukrinform State News Agency that China transmits satellite information on targets, including some who benefit from external investments, according to Agerpres.
“There is evidence of a high level of cooperation between Russia and China in performing satellite recognition operations on the territory of Ukraine to identify and explore new strategic objectives for targeting,” Alexandrov told Ukrinform.
“As we have seen in recent months, these sites can belong to foreign investors,” he added.
President Volodimir Zelenski and regional officials said a Russian rocket attack in August hit a factory of appliances in the western region Zakarpattia with American owner, injuring 15 people.
Zelenski also said in April that China provides weapons and rifle dust. He also said that the Kiev government holds information that Beijing produces weapons on Russian territory
