The year 2025 marks a new stage in the story of the most beloved children's brand in Romania – Gașca Zurli. Creator Zurli, Mirela Retegan, holds the promise and announces the relaunch of the favorite characters of the little ones, this time played by young actors, full of energy and talent.
After a casting attended by hundreds of young people from all over the country, ten artists became part of the new generation Zurli, ready to carry on the magic of the shows. The girl Zurli, the bell, the good fairy, the chef Lulu, the truli, the spell, the zdrăgănel and thank you will come to life again, in a fresh and current formula.
To bring the songs to today's generation, Zurli has concluded a partnership with Hahaha Production. The old and new songs will be re -orchestrated, keeping the messages written by Mirela Retegan, but enriched with a modern and vibrant sound.
From autumn, Gașca Zurli starts in a national tour that will include 20 cities, the first show being scheduled in Iasi, in September. And the biggest surprise is the return of the bride on stage, along with her daughter, Maya, and the new team.
“I promised that Zurli goes on and so it will be. Maya drove the casting and chose the most suitable people. I am very happy and I can hardly wait to meet with children from all over the country and in the diaspora,” said Mirela Retegan.
19 years after the appearance of the brand, Zurli remains the phenomenon that has grown generations and has managed to transform a world record: the largest number of parents and children who played together.
This fall, the small fans and their parents are invited to discover Zurli at the next level-with the same magic, but in a new formula, full of surprises.
