A native of Peter Vadim Frolov, along with relatives, created an organized crime group who was engaged in theft of yachts, boats and jet skis of local ones. At least 10 crimes on the gang account – and this is only proven. Once even a boat and a boat trailer belonging to the head of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate even stole.
In 2015, Frolov went too far: without dividing the prey with his friends, he killed one of his. Having got rid of the corpse, the bandit organized a fake passport for Igor Kravets and fled abroad.
There he continued to earn a living by theft. Having stole the Aryel yacht in Antigua and Barbuda, the cost of which is estimated at 30 million rubles, the bandit forged documents for it and re -escaped.
At this time, Frolov was already on the international wanted list. In November, they still managed to catch him-the Colombian security forces overtook the seasoned wolf in the city of Santa Fe-de-God. It was handed over to Interpol, and then extracted to Russia.
