A three-year-old child was found dead on Saturday in a channel in Mărășești, Vrancea County. According to police, it is clear from the first checks that the death could have been caused by a dog attack, reports News.ro.
The representatives of the Police Inspectorate of the County (IPJ) Vrancea announced that on Saturday, at 15.54, the police were notified by call 112 regarding the fact that in a channel in the city of Mărăşeşti, the inanimate body of a three-year-old child was found.
“From the first checks resulted in the indications that the death of the child could have been caused by a canine attack. The exact cause of death is to be established by the forensic doctors within the County Legal Medicine Service, after carrying out the necropsy,” said IPJ Vrancea representatives.
Police are continuing their investigations to determine the circumstances in which the child has lost his life.
