Krasnoyarsk drivers complained to the prosecutor's office for violations when issuing a transportation for a parking lot. The commissaries who came to the special parking lot on the street to pick up cars were stated that they did not issue transport without immediate payment for evacuation services.
“The audit showed: the requirement to pay for the evacuation directly upon receipt of the car contradicts the law. For those whose cars were taken for incorrect parking, a legal 30-day period is provided for paying for evacuation services, starting from the date of the offense. That is, on the day of return, it is not necessary to pay urgently, ”the prosecutor’s office said.
The prosecutor's office introduced a submission to the director of a specialized parking lot, obliging to eliminate violations, and took control of the return of evacuated cars to the owners.
