About 30,000 citizens go to the Ukrainian army each month; This applies to both mobilization and the recruitment system – the deputy to the Supreme Council (Parliament) in Kiev, Fedir Wenisławski, said on Wednesday.
“From my information, which the committee also has and which, in fact, are announced by the president, mobilization processes go around the same level, i.e. up to 30,000 Ukrainian citizens go to military service together every month-both as part of mobilization and recruitment,” he noted, quoted by RBK-Ukraina.
Wenisławski, a member of the Parliamentary Committee for National Security, Defense and Intelligence, clarified that the number of 30,000 new soldiers are constant. The politician is a member of the Servant Party of the Nation of President Volodymyr Zelanski.
“Everything goes as planned, as provided for in the relevant legislation on the imposition of martial law and general mobilization,” he explained.
On August 28, the Ukrainian government decided to enable traveling abroad to men aged 18 to 22, which is to stop mass emigration for fear of sudden introduction of consumption from 18 years of age. Currently, the lower limit of conscript age is 25 years.
