Directors of the Krasnoyarsk “Dorinveststra” were convicted for the cottage of a millionth bribe to the FSB to the operative

In Krasnoyarsk, the court recognized the director of the PKF “Dorinveststroy” by Artsrun Harutyunyan guilty of a bribe in a particularly large amount to an employee of the regional FSB.

Recall Operational events began in October 2024, when special services suspected the head of the company in fraud in the execution of municipal contracts for road repair in the Emelyanovsky district.

“Having realized that the work has been completed with serious violations and this threatens to expose, the director chose the method of resolving issues by giving a bribe. The object of his corruption proposal was the operative of the FSB, to whom the businessman proposed a monetary reward in the amount of 2 to 3 million rubles. The employee externally agreed, but immediately informed his leadership. The detention operation was planned with red -handed. A few days later, confident in the success of his adventure, Director of Dorinveststroy personally handed over 2 million rubles to the employee and was detained immediately after that, ”the prosecutor’s office said.

The court found Arzrun Harutyunyan guilty under Part 5 of Art. 291 of the Criminal Code and appointed by aggregate with previous sentences 9 years in prison with serving in a maximum security colony and a fine of 15 million rubles. The businessman also confiscated 2 million rubles – the equivalent of bribes.
