Employees had to make paying through the cashier, documenting each payment with a check. However, transactions for the amount of about 172 million rubles were not found, starting from the beginning of 2023 to the middle of 2024. And this is already a violation.
As a result – the Federal Tax Service requested 47 million rubles of a fine from the RV Rostov LLC. The bar tried to cancel it in court, but it only managed to reduce the amount of to 11.7 million rubles.
