Ruslan Karpenko and his accomplice Kazachenko acted according to the same scheme: they grabbed victims in the evening, forced them into a car and threatened with violence, demanding money or forcing them to take out loans.
The first victim gave 157 thousand rubles, the second – 130 thousand, the third – 95 thousand. The extortionists were detained; fortunately, the girls were not physically harmed. A case has been filed against them under articles of kidnapping and extortion.
