New Moscow LCDs began to be built with the help of prefab technologies. The sections of the house are made at the factory, and already at the construction site they are gathered together.
The method will reduce the time for the construction of houses to 50%. So in the north of Moscow, six new buildings will appear at once, which were collected in advance in production. Around them are lawns, flower beds, trees, shrubs and new lighting. And in order for the inhabitants to feel safe, everywhere the surveillance cameras will put.
LCD is being built according to the renovation program. It was approved back in 2017. It applies to about a million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5176 houses. The process is controlled by Mosgosstroynadzor. He also conducts checks: at least 30 times the inspection came to the facility.
