The regional operator “Rostteh” eliminated a long -standing unauthorized landfill on the outskirts of the village of Sukhobuzimskoye Krasnoyarsk Territory.
In accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the obligation to eliminate landfills lies with the local government of municipalities.
Earlier, at the site of the landfill, there were marthes for collecting garbage, but the owner of the land did not put the territory in order and did not carry out regular cleaning. After a while, this secluded place on the border with the forest, it turned into a real training ground, said in the press service of the re-operator.
As part of the interdepartmental interaction, a decision was made to eliminate the landfill with joint efforts. The regional operator “Rostteh” responded and organized special equipment for garbage collection. At the end of August, a dump of more than 200 cubic meters was successfully eliminated.
“Unauthorized landfills arise not only because of the unwillingness of entrepreneurs to conclude an agreement on the export of MSW, but often due to a lack of accumulation and inventory. It is very important to organize container sites for the population and maintain in accordance with SanPiN ”-commented in the press service of Rosttech.
A month after the liquidation of clutter, a specialist of the control and quality department of the regional operator went to the territory. After 4 weeks, the plot remains clean.
