A 17-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk will appear before court for hooliganism with the use of weapons in the city center.
It all happened July 3, 2025 at 22:34 Near the square of the Opera and Ballet Theater on Uritsky Street, where there were many vacationers. The attention of the eleventh grader was attracted by the company of guys and, wanting to scare them, he took out the PU-4 launch device from his pocket and shot directly in the crowd.

“The joke was fraught with real consequences – two people received abrasions and, in addition to stress, experienced physical pain. Instead of realizing the severity of the incident, the young man chose to escape from the scene of the crime, and to convey his “weapon” to the acquaintance, hoping thus to hide traces of the offense, ”the prosecutor’s office said.
Despite the evidence collected, the student pleaded guilty only partially and explained the following:
“I shot to hold the crowd. Nobody wanted to cause harm to health and life. ”
The prosecutor’s office approved him of part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the sanction of which provides for the following types of punishment: a fine of 500 thousand to one million rubles, or forced labor for up to 5 years, or imprisonment for up to 7 years. UThe head case will be considered by the Central District Court.
