Tragedy on the mountain: a person found without life, four tourists transported to the hospital
In the last 24 hours, Salvamont Romania teams have intervened to save tourists in difficulty on the mountain, finding a deceased person and saving 14 other people, of whom they required transport to the hospital.

According to a message published on the Facebook page of Salvamont Romania: “In the last 24 hours, at the Salvamont national dispatcher, 13 calls were received by which is requested the emergency intervention of the Salvamontists. (…) 14 people were saved in the case of these interventions. Of these, 4 were transported by SAJ, SMURD or Salvamont ambulances to the hospital. Unfortunately a person was found dead and was transported and taught at IML”.
Salvamontists received the most requests from the teams in Neamț, Sibiu and Arad, each with three calls, while the Gorj team intervened twice. Salvamont Vrancea and Caraș-Severin teams responded to each call. In addition to the emergency interventions, the dispatcher received 32 calls for tips and information about different tourist routes in the mountain area.
