The project “Dog of emotional support”, implemented by the Krasnoyarsk International Airport, together with a shelter for homeless animals, “Krasnoyarsk”, won the “Best Educational Project in the Field of Protection of Animals”, the press service of the airport reports.

The project was launched in 2021. The press service said that his idea was born out of the desire to combine the care of passengers and the help of animals in need of socialization.

“In the sterile zone on the third floor of the airport, passengers could chat with friendly dogs, stroke them, treat them with treats and take memorable photos.
