In Rospotrebnadzor they said that the woman bought a car and signed an additional contract for 70 thousand rubles. She was promised to provide a set of consulting and legal services, and she was also connected to the program to provide road assistance services.
But after a thorough study of documents, the woman realized that she did not need a service. She decided to terminate the contract, but returned to her only 7 thousand rubles. For the remaining 63 thousand rubles, she was supposedly provided with consulting services. Specialists of the Office of Rospotrebnadzor helped her prepare a lawsuit and presented the interests of the consumer in court.
The court found that the woman did not provide any services, since the contractor simply did not have the opportunity to provide them – he had no office or employees in the city. The court ordered to recover 105,728 rubles in favor of a woman, including 63 thousand rubles paid under the contract, as well as interest for using other people's money, non -pecuniary damage and a fine. The court decision has entered into legal force, the case is at the stage of enforcement proceedings.
The Rospotrebnadzor noted that buying a car requires maximum attentiveness and does not tolerate rush. You need to carefully study all the documents, do not rush to sign them.

It is better to lose one day than getting expensive and sad experience, ”the press service noted.
Remember the main thing: car dealerships do not have the right to impose additional unnecessary goods or services. Try to abandon all related services. If you are still imposed an unnecessary service, contact the Contractor with a written application for a rejection of such a service and a requirement to return funds. In case of refusal, apply to the court to protect your rights.
