In Krasnoyarsk on Gaidashovka Street, an illegal cafe was demolished from the 2000s. It is reported by the citywide.
Back in 1999, the city administration rented a private company for a small area of 87.5 m² for placing a trading pavilion. The contract was extended several times.
A few years later, the entrepreneur asked him to give him a larger territory – already 374 m². They planned to put a temporary closed structure with the room for maintenance and an anger. But the audit showed that not a temporary, but a capital structure appeared on the spot.
In 2022, the administration signed an order on the demolition of the “self -confusion”. For some time the institution stood idle – only the summer terrace was used as a “garage” for one car. Finally, three years later, the building was dismantled.
The illegal building is demolished in order of priority. Contractor Capital Construction Management is already working on the spot. He must completely clear the territory until the end of November.
