In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the court sentenced to 13 years in prison of the former resident of Norilsk for the murder of the exhaust gases of local criminal authority.
Everything happened in the spring of 2006. It was established that in a restaurant, in front of visitors, the victim quarreled with acquaintances, also well -known in criminal circles. Men did not share the city territories of their criminal influence.
“Having hidden resentment and wanting to get rid of competitors, the instigator attracted two of his friends to the reprisal against them. The accomplices thought out the plan: to abduct two men, bring them to a metal container, connect the hose to the exhaust pipe of the car and fill the room with carbon monoxide of the engine. Soon, attackers embodied their cruel script into reality. The death of one of the victims occurred due to carbon monoxide poisoning. The second victim, who gives signs of life, one of the avengers strangled his hands. And the bodies of men were thrown into a snowdrift in a deserted place of Norilsk, ”the prosecutor’s office said.
For 18 years, the matter remained unsolved, only in 2024 it was possible to establish involved in the crime of the defendants. They turned out to be A 62-year-old resident of the Perm Territory and a 56-year-old Muscovite, who in the early 2000s lived in Norilsk.
With one of them, the deputy prosecutor of the region concluded a pre -trial agreement on cooperation, in which he gave detailed confidence:
“I understood that the exhaust gases fill the container space and literally several minutes will be enough for them to die from poisoning. I had the opportunity to drown out the engine, to leave, so as not to participate in their murder, but I did not do this, realizing that everything went too far. “

The instigator of the crime will serve a term in a maximum security colony. The court also collected from him in favor of the daughter of one of the killed non -pecuniary damage in the amount of 1 million rubles.
A criminal case was suspended against the crime accomplice due to the conclusion of a contract for military service. And the criminal prosecution of the third accomplice was discontinued in connection with death.
