The president of the Arche Group Władysław Grochowski announced the start of the “Arche Generations” program, which is to support fertility in Poland. The entrepreneur encourages guests of his facilities, but also buyers of apartments to procreation in the real estate offered. In return, the businessman offers support of up to 10,000 zloty.

“Every couple who, during his stay in one of 23 hotels of the Arche chain, will take care of the conception of a child, will receive a free family party related to births, e.g. baptisms, organized in one of our events or restaurants” – announced Władysław Grochowski President of the Arche Group, whose words cite “high heels”.
According to the entrepreneur, “business should be more involved in social problems, including the reversal of a negative demographic trend.” For this reason, the group decided to launch a program that aims to stop a negative demographic trend in our country.
The hotelier encourages guests to bother children. And he intends to reward them for it
The program itself is addressed not only to hotel guests, but also to the buyers of the premises, which the group has in its offer. In this case, “benefits in the form of PLN 10,000 for each born child” are to be incentive, which can be expected by company employees and buyers of apartments. Grochowski explains that such benefits are provided for five years from the date of purchase of a dwelling for their own housing purposes.

As part of the program, special parks will be built, in which trees will be planted, which will then receive the names of a child conceived in the group's premises. The parents themselves are also to receive a pram and a welcome package.
The rules of the action, which is available on the developer's website, explains that the child must be born within 300 days from the date of stay at the hotel. His parents must also prove that she stayed at the Arche Hotel.
