The lack of confidence makes it necessary that the procedures for reducing the expenses be as short as possible and to end these measures as soon as possible. Let's get out of this trusted impasse and start the population to return to a normal level of consumption, said Tanczos Barna on Tuesday at the Newmoney.talks conference – “Barometer of entrepreneurs who build Romania and the Republic of Moldova”.
According to a study presented at the Conference by Remus Stefureac (General Manager of Inscop Research), it decreases by about 5% the share of those who believe that the situation of the economy is better and increases by about 6-7% the share of those who believe that the situation of the Romanian economy today, compared to one year ago, is much worse.
“Regarding the evaluation of the financial situation of their own company, the opinions are clearly pessimistic, in the sense that we have a decrease of almost 10% of those who believe that the financial situation of the company will be better than last year and, of course, in the mirror, a 10% increase of those who think it will be worse,” added Ștefur.
The head of Inscop also says that the number of entrepreneurs who confirm that they will dismiss the personally, as well as the companies that have put on the break.
Regarding the controls of the state authorities, ANAF, ANPC, the Environmental Guard, in Romania we have a strong growth of the employers who expect these controls to be used.
The immediate effect of lack of confidence is a reduction in population consumption, added Tanczos Barna, but also an increase in inflation. “Let's go through this peak of inflation in September, and from October in November will begin a period of inflation reduction and we can enter a trend to return to investments, return to trust,” says the former Minister of Finance.
Barna said that Romania is facing a budget crisis, not an economic one. “A positive element is that 82% of the entrepreneurs confirm that the budget deficit is the main problem. It is a huge difference between an economic and budgetary crisis. Romania has greatly spread the rope. Hence the budget deficit, hence the exaggerated interest that pays today. the former minister.
