Ingredients:

  • three slices of white bread;
  • 200 ml of tomato juice;
  • 500 g of pork minced meat;
  • 1/2 tsp. salts;
  • 1/3 tsp. pepper;
  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

Cooking

  1. Cut the crust from bread, break it into small pieces and soak in tomato juice for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix minced meat with soaked bread, add salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Form cutlets and fry in an oil heated in a pan on both sides.
  4. Put the cutlets into the baking dish and put in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 10 minutes.
