CD Projekt gathered 87,914 own shares

CD Projekt bought 87,914 own shares as part of the implementation of the first stage of the incentive program A, at an average weighted price of PLN 254.84 per share – the video game producer said in a communiqué.

From 8 to 12 September 2025, the company purchased a total of 87,914 its own shares, which is a number corresponding to 100 percent. rights granted to participants under the first stage of the incentive program and for 2023-2027, constituting 0.09 percent. its share capital and entitling to 0.09 percent votes.

As stated, in view of the purchase of a full package of shares covered by the purchase scope, the own purchase program has been completed. (PAP Biznes)
