Austrian killed a Russian tourist on Phuket
25-year-old David Robert rode a jet ski near the shores of Phuket, where he collided with a bathing Russian.
Immediately after the collision, David disappeared from the scene of the crime. He collected things at the hotel and left. Later at sea, local fishermen found the body of a 58-year-old Petersburger.
The suspect was found using eyewitnesses and surveillance cameras. The Austrian did not have time to leave the country-he was found on the island of Pi-Pi and sent back to Phuket.
The man is accused of negligence that has resulted in death. David denies his guilt.
