New French Prime Minister. Who is Sebastien Lecorn?

“The President of France chose his long -time ally, who will attempt to push through the budget in a divided parliament” – writes Bloomberg.
The agency reminds you that Sebastien Lecorn, who was the Minister of Defense in the previous office, will become the fifth prime minister of the country in two years. The previous two prime ministers were dismissed after trying to push through the budget, which was to significantly reduce France's deficit, the largest in the euro area.
“Legislators from the entire political spectrum – in particular from the far -right national movement and the left -wing group of France Unbowed – rejected the continuation of Macron's policy and called for new parliamentary elections. The minority government of Lecorn will need the support of the left or the right to pass the budget for 2026, or at least a sufficient number of legislators who agree not to censor the government, if it forces the budget without voting” – we read.
