The supervisory authority said that a resident of ZATO Solnechny in the Uzhursky district since 2015 provided loans to people without any legal basis. The man was not decorated either as an individual entrepreneur or as a legal entity.
“The scale of his activities over the past decade amazing the imagination. The numbers speak for themselves: exactly 1944 times a man appealed to the courts of the city with claims to recover debts under loan agreements. This means that for almost two thousand times, borrowers for some reason could not return the money, and the creditor had to look for the truth in court. But this is only the visible part of the iceberg. Verification of banking operations showed that transactions in the amount of over 35 million rubles passed through the entrepreneur accounts, which have all the signs of payments for previously issued loans, ”the prosecutor’s office said.
All translations went from ordinary individuals. In only 2024, more than 7 million rubles were recovered in favor of a man from borrowers.
