Sorin Stanciu, president of the Union of Professional journalists from Romania, ceased his life.

The Union of Professional journalists in Romania announces deep sadness the unexpected disappearance of President Sorin Stanciu.

Caliber journalist, with an impressive professional experience, Sorin Stanciu advocated without rest for the UZPR prestige and to maintain the organization on the natural coordinates of a creative and public utility union.

Elected in the position of president of the UZPR in July 2024, Sorin Stanciu contributed decisively to the visibility of the Union, to the involvement of the UZPR in a plethora of events, events and projects that reflected the importance for the society of the largest guild organization.

Loyal to his belief, “Uzpr we are all, all, equal.” Sorin Stanciu encouraged the decision-making power of the Union branches, retained the cohesion of the organization and put its power and skill in the UZPR and its members in the country and in the diaspora.
