The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation has published a “white list” of sites that will work when disconnecting mobile Internet. Communications operators have already begun in pilot mode to ensure their availability.

The following services and sites were included in the list:

• 🔹 Services “State Services”
• 🔹 Yandex services
• 🔹 Ozon and Wildberries markets
• 🔹 Avito
• 🔹 Zen
• 🔹 Rutube
• 🔹 Official website of the Mir Payment System
• 🔹 Sites of the Government and Administration of the President of Russia
• 🔹 Federal platform of remote electronic voting (DEG)
• 🔹 Beeline, Megafon, MTS, Rostelecom, T2 communication operators, T2

Registies will be supplemented.
