50-year-old Dmitry Ovchinnikov lives in the republic with his wife and four children. Earlier, he received Russian citizenship, worked as a guard, realtor and manager in the clinic. With the beginning, he supported the fighters of the BARS-1 detachment-he sent a humanitarian at his own expense.
He was arrested in the spring. For the fact that in 2021 he was supposedly at the wedding of the son of the criminal authority of Kamchibek Kolbaev. On June 9, in court, Ovchinnikov handed the lawyer a note in which he said that on the 3rd, unknown people in masks entered the camera, used a stun gun and demanded guilt. After that, health problems began.
According to the investigation, he is Dimon, a killer and curator of Russian -speaking prisoners – the Slavs in the north of Kyrgyzstan. Dmitry himself denies everything and asks not to throw him to the arbitrariness of the local authorities. Fighters with his own also ask to support him.
