- milk – 400 ml;
- 80 g of sugar;

- one egg;

- flour – 650 g;
- butter (soft) – 30 g;
- Mac – 2 tbsp. l.
Greeding ingredients:
- yolk – 1 pc.;
- Milk – 1 tbsp. l.
Cooking
- In warm milk, dissolve yeast, sugar, salt, add egg and vinegar.
- Pour the flour, add the oil – knead the soft dough.
- Let us rise within 40 minutes.
- We form a braid, spread it on a baking sheet, lubricate with yolk with milk, sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- We bake at a temperature of +180 ° C for 30–35 minutes (top-nose, without convection).
