Ingredients:

  • live yeast – 25 g (or dry 8 g);
  • milk – 400 ml;
  • 80 g of sugar;

  • one egg;

  • flour – 650 g;
  • butter (soft) – 30 g;
  • Mac – 2 tbsp. l.

Greeding ingredients:

  • yolk – 1 pc.;
  • Milk – 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking

  1. In warm milk, dissolve yeast, sugar, salt, add egg and vinegar.
  2. Pour the flour, add the oil – knead the soft dough.
  3. Let us rise within 40 minutes.
  4. We form a braid, spread it on a baking sheet, lubricate with yolk with milk, sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  5. We bake at a temperature of +180 ° C for 30–35 minutes (top-nose, without convection).
