In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 238 188 people live, who are recipients of the monthly cash payment (EDV) and a set of social services (NSU).

Federal beneficiaries of the Krasnoyarsk Territory can choose the form of obtaining a set of social services: natural or in monetary terms.

The cash equivalent of the NSU package from February 1, 2025 is 1728.46 rubles. per month. The set of social services includes:

• medicines;
• medical products (cash equivalent – 1331.30 rubles);
• a ticket for sanatorium-resort treatment in the presence of medical indications (monetary equivalent-205.95 rubles);
• Free travel by suburban railway transport or on intercity transport to the place of treatment and vice versa (monetary equivalent – 191.21 rubles).

It is only necessary to submit an application if a citizen wants to change the current procedure for obtaining social services (for example, he now receives money, and from January 1, 2026 wants to receive natural benefits). If a citizen wants to maintain the existing form of receipt of benefits, the application is not required.
