Islamists from the forbidden “Wilac Khorasan” planned to undermine the police department in the metropolitan region, the FSB said.
The militants bought a car and gas cylinders with propane, after which they began to cook a bomb. When trying to detain the terrorists, they resisted and were neutralized by return fire.
