The filming made by the Environmental Guard will be used as evidence in court. “We stop the tricks that make mountains of money”

The Minister of the Environment, Diana Buzoianu, announced that the Government is preparing an emergency ordinance by which the photographs and filming made by the Environmental Guard commissioners will be used as evidence in court.

According to the minister, a government decision has already established the conditions for using the equipment purchased by the institution-drones, bodycams and cars for video cameras.

“We will go in parallel and with an emergency ordinance, these weeks, in which we say very clearly that including the pictures and images, the filming that are made through these drones, to be evidence in court. Let us be 100% sure that an offender who has … the mafs you discuss earlier, with 100 lawyers, when you will not come to the back and court »… We will solve this too”, said Diana Buzoianu, on Tuesday, September 2, at Europa FM.

The minister stressed that this measure is necessary to combat illegal activities that affect the health of the population: “We will have to stop once and forever on these tricks that make mountains of money from our health.”
