Norilchanin will be paid 31 thousand rubles for an undeniable parcel with wine and berries

The court ordered the “Russian Post” to pay compensation to a man whose parcel did not reach From St. Petersburg to Norilsk. This was told in the regional Rospotrebnadzor.
The man sent a box with dried fruits, berries, home wine and construction tools, paying for the service worth 5602 rubles. Two days later, the sender found that the parcel had returned to the departure point. To obtain it, it was required to re -pay for the shipment – 5347 rubles.
According to the mail, the reason for the return was the presence of “objects prohibited for transportation”, although the sender claims that all investments complyed with the rules published on the postal service website.
After the refusal of the Russian Post, voluntarily compensate for losses, the man turned to Rospotrebnadzor. Specialists of the department helped to draw up a statement of claim. The court collected 31,423 rubles from the postal operator, including the cost of two shipments (10,949 rubles), compensation for non -pecuniary damage (10,000 rubles) and a fine (10,474 rubles).
The court decision has already entered into legal force.
