– Russian leader Vladimir Putin has not changed and will not change. It's a predator. You can keep it in check only through strong deterrence, ”said von der Leyen during a press conference in Bulgaria.

Bulgaria is one of the most important European military equipment suppliers to Ukraine – he reminded “FT”.

According to Dziennik von der, Leyen left Plovdiv with the same plane without any problems.
