Vladimir Putin came to China. Will take part in an important peak


Russian and Chinese media informed about the arrival of Putin, which was welcomed on the red carpet. The Chinese State TV station CCTV cited by the Reuters agency assessed that relations between China and Russia are “the best in history”.

Reuters reminded that before the visit Putin sharply criticized Western sanctions in an interview with the Chinese information agency Xinhua, claiming that Moscow and Beijing together oppose “discriminatory” sanctions in world trade.

Representatives of over 20 countries, including the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, and heads of 10 international organizations, including UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.

Founded in 2001 in Shanghai by China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, Szow evolved from the “six Shanghai” to a transregional organization. Currently, it brings together 10 Member States, including India, Pakistan, Iran and Belarus, as well as two countries with the status of an observer and 14 dialogue partners.
