The inhabitants of the elite house on Yakimanka accused Stas Namin that he had blocked them with a departure from the yard – arranged a fortress for himself, and locked his neighbors.
The singer heads the HOA “Novation” of the club house on Bolshaya Yakimanka. Residents fenced off and set the barriers from all sides, leaving only one exit – on an eternally loaded garden ring.
On the papers, everything is legitimate: they conducted land surveying, received permission. But in fact, the travel, which previously connected several yards, became a dead end. The neighbors from other houses complain that they circle for 20-30 minutes in search of departure, and if the garden is blocked, they remain blocked.
Under the collective complaint, 200+ people from the Crimean impasse, from the Crimean shaft and from neighboring buildings in Yakimanka signed. They demand to return the passage.
