The man who launched the fireworks into the crowd at a festival in the Krasnoyarsk Sunny was caught. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It turned out that Salyut decided to arrange a 48-year-old participant in the event. The man was taken to the police department for the proceedings.
“I wanted to congratulate the community participants on their birthday, as well as the Solnechny microdistrict with a concert. I wanted to launch the fireworks, but since I installed it illiterately, it did not work out very well. I repent of the deed, ”he explained to law enforcement officers.

Recall that the incident occurred in the evening of August 24. Pyrotechnics was launched in the immediate vicinity of the accumulation of people, which is why the 33-year-old woman received a second-degree burn, other eyewitnesses complained about shelter and headache.
