Krasnoyarsk received 350 thousand rubles from the state for business development and abducted them

A criminal case of fraud after deception with the implementation of a social contract for business development was opened on Krasnoyarsk.

The prosecutor’s office said that in 2023 a resident of Krasnoyarsk submitted documents for the conclusion of a social contract with the Office of Social Protection of the Population. He drew up a business plan to create an off-road transportation point and an estimate for it for 350 thousand rubles.

After the audit, the institution concluded a contract with the man and issued him the necessary amount. Krasnoyarsk went to the shopping center and bought equipment, but after providing the report to the social protection of the report, he returned all the purchases back.

“After that, the“ almost -commerce ”stopped any interaction with the institution. He did not carry out any entrepreneurial activity, and he ignored subsequent reports that he was revealed during the prosecutor’s audit,” the supervisory authority said.

Based on the materials of the prosecutor's office, a criminal case of fraud was instituted upon receipt of payments (part. 3 tbsp. 159.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In the lawsuit of the supervisory authority, the court recovered the stolen amount from the suspect.
