Ukrainian media critically about Nawrocki's veta. “Incitement to hostility”

“This step is contradictory not only with Christian morality, but with the fact that Ukrainian refugees in Poland bring more to the economy than, according to research, they receive money from you,” said Jewhen Mahda.
According to the expert, who is the head of the Institute of World Policy, the president's decision was dictated by political reasons and election promises. – It is easier to receive some of the help of refugees than to create new jobs, the more that there is a strong anti -immigration trend of the confederation – he said.
– I understand President Nawrocki politically, because he went to elections with promises to care for Poles. So he cares for Poles as he can – he added.
Mahda reminded that Poland was the first state that recognized Ukrainian independence. – There is another historical aspect – Poland was the first country that recognized Ukraine's independence, ahead of Canada. And now it seems that Poland is so easily giving up partner relations – he emphasized.
Chaos around the financing of Starlinks
The political scientist pointed out that the president's decision would prevent the financing of Starlinks for the Ukrainian army, which defends himself against Russia's assault.
– This is a very painful decision for the Ukrainian army, because Starlink is the basis of communication. And it is not about soldiers to talk among themselves on social media, but about the possibility of commanding drones and many other things. It will be very felt on the front – he said.
In the opinion of Mahdy, news from Poland show the “Kremlin hand”. “You can feel a third hand here very clearly, the Kremlin's hand,” he said.
He also referred to the announcement of the legislative initiative of President Nawrocki, who in the Penal Code will balance the “Banderian symbol” with Nazi and communist symbols. – We should include a clear slogan in the bill: Stop Bandera – said the president.
Mahda said he didn't know what the president wanted to prohibit. – In contrast to the symbolism of the USSR and Nazi Germany, there was no symbolism of flagship, because then there was no independent Ukrainian state. There is no officially approved red-black UPA flag at all. This also needs to be understood. And it seems to me that people who pushed Nawrocki to this, put him a bit as a professional historian, because he should know such things. And they will remind him in the discussion, not just Ukrainians – says a Ukrainian political scientist.
“More radical than Duda”
The political scientist Igor Czalenko quoted by I-ua.tv also referred to the decision of the President of Poland.
“Poland is in the post -election period in which Nawrocki is forced to take steps, which will be considered to be the implementation of his pre -election promises […]. He positions himself more radically than his predecessor Duda” – wrote Czalenko.
Jurij Hryhorenko, director of Gremi Personal in an interview with Unian pointed out that the president's decision creates an extremely risky situation for Ukrainians who are currently unemployed, but need basic social protection.
“For example, mothers who do not work, but have children. Most of them have husbands in Ukraine, so they cannot use insurance and full medical care. It is this sensitive group of refugees who will be most affected by changes,” noted Hryhorenko.
