The daughter of the murdered producer of the group “Combination” suits the rights to American Boy, Russian Girl and another fifty hits.
Alexander Shishinin is the author of song texts, thanks to which the group “shot”. His name stood on records back in the 80s, he was registered in RAO, but in 1993 he was killed. All copyrights have crossed the daughter of Victoria. Today she owns a travel agency and does not climb into show business-although she took up the inheritance seriously.
Now she is suing the composer Vitaly Zorkokov. He believes that the rights are him. Before that, Victoria tried to solve the issue peacefully, but the compromise did not work out. Now – only through the court. A lawsuit has already been filed to the Jam publishing house.
The intensity added a series about the “combination” – where the ham is listed as the only author of music and even part of the texts. Victoria assures: neither she nor her father had agreements with Jam. And people have to sign double papers – both with her and with them.
