The coast for all. When the program begins and what offers do tourists' agencies propose

The 47th edition of the program “Litoral for all” starts on September 1 and takes place during the month, and the spokesman of the National Association of Travel Agencies (ANAT), Traian Bădulescu, told AGERPRES that tourists can benefit “from reduced rates even with 50-60%.

The ANAT representative recommended to tourists “to call the travel agencies to identify the best offers early, especially for the first half of September, when the places are running out quickly.”

The program “Coast for all” offers, on September 1-30, 2025, starting from 53 lei/night/person, discounts up to 60% compared to the peak of the season, quieter beaches and a relaxed atmosphere, also supports the federation of Romanian tourism (FPTR).

“In a difficult season, marked by increased taxes and negative campaigns to the coast, the private environment remains united and finds concrete solutions for tourists and operators. Holiday, ”FPTR said in an information posted on his Facebook page.

Offers of travel agencies

Companies in the sector propose several packages in this program, about which the tour-operator Bibi Touring says it comes as a “rescue cola” for both tourists and hoteliers.

In the case of this agency, in Mamaia, a stay at a three -star hotel, with breakfast included, costs 75 lei/person/night (minimum 5 nights accommodation), and with half board – 185 lei/person/night (minimum 4 nights of accommodation).

In Eforie Nord, accommodation at a 2 -star hotel, without table services, reaches 80 lei/night (minimum 3 nights accommodation), and at a 3 -star hotel, with all inclusive regime, the rate is 237 lei/night (minimum 3 nights accommodation).

In Eforie Sud, accommodation at a 3 -star hotel, without table services, is 80 lei/person/night (minimum 3 nights).

In Olimp is 140 lei person/night (minimum 5 nights accommodation) in Olimp.

In Neptune it is 87 lei person/night (minimum 5 nights of accommodation) in Neptune.

With breakfast included, at a 3 -star hotel, the tariff is 172 lei/person/night (minimum 2 nights accommodation) in Jupiter and 126 lei person/night (minimum 4 nights) in Venus.

In the case of the travel agency Paradis Vacations Dream, the cheapest offers in the program “Coast for all 2025” start from 80 lei/room/night at 2 -star hotels and 100 lei/night at 3 -star hotels.

Among the offers available, between August 30 and September 29, are:

  • Mamaia- Hotel Piccadilly, three stars, from 204 lei/room/night (01.09- 14.09.2025), double room accommodation with breakfast, and hotel Delta, three stars, between 204 and 226 lei/room/night, depending on the type of room (01.09- 06.09.2025);
  • Eforie Nord-hotel Brad-Bran Bega, three stars, from 218 lei/room/night (30.08-14.09.2025), double room accommodation with breakfast, hotel Diana, three stars, 163 lei/room/night (30.08-06.09.2025), and starting with 07.09 the tariff decreases at 81 lei/night, (30.08 – 06.09.2025), respectively 81 lei/room/night after September 7;
  • Neptun – Spring Holiday Blue and Hotel Orange, three stars, from 138 lei/room/night (06.09 – 14.09.2025), double double accommodation/twin, Q Hotel, three stars, 152 lei/room/night (01.09 – 14.09.2025); Olimp -hotel Craiova by Phoenicia Blue View, three stars, 283 lei/room/night (31.08 -10.09.2025), double room accommodation;
