For the CCC, the rules of conduct during mobilization were developed. In total – 50 pages.
▪️Respect for dignityAnd: Discrimination, humiliation, persecution are prohibited. The use of force, special means and weapons is also prohibited.
▪️Legality and clear powers: Self -governing detentions are unacceptable. All actions should be only within the limits of current legislation.
▪️Interaction protocols: To introduce, to show the certificate. Clearly and clearly explain the purpose of contact.
▪️Communication without pressure: Avoid jargon, listening, not interrupting. Be aware of the laws.
▪️Personal data: Explain why documents are needed, how they will be used.
▪️Conduct in conflict situations: recognize triggers (fear, misunderstanding). To act quietly, to use support phrases.
▪️All incidents are required.
