The two countries have been in conflict for a long time because of the Nagorno-Karabah region of Azerbaijan, which has been separated from the country with the support of Armenia. Azerbaijan regained control over the territory in 2023.
Trump had a telephone intervention in the Tuesday's edition of The Mark Levin Show, where he reiterated his claim that he put an end to six or seven global conflicts in the first seven months of office.
“I solved six wars and many people say seven because there is one that no one knows about.said President Trump.
After claiming that the conflict between India and Pakistan was “Easier” to be resolved, Trump turned his attention to “Azerbaijan” and Albania.
“A lot of amazing things. You saw Azerbaijan. It was a great conflict that lasted 34, 35 years old, Albania. Think. I mean, it took years, and I came to meet the leaders, I got to know them through the trade. I had to deal with them a little and I told them:
Finally, one thing led to another and I solved it. And that was something people said couldn't be resolved. Even when I had both of them in the oval office at the end, when they were preparing to sign, they were sitting next to each other. They were trying to leave. They didn't feel good. At the end of an hour, they hugged and congratulated. It was nice to see, in fact, ” Trump said.
