Houses in the village in the south-west of the Krasnoyarsk Territory flooded due to the inaction of the authorities

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the prosecutor's office responded to violations in connection with the flooding of plots in the Uzhursky district.

In July 2025, in the village of Priluzhye, the flows of rainwater and the slid soil from agricultural land led to flooding of Sovetskaya and Lugovoi streets. 36 residential buildings with outbuildings, land plots and roads were flooded. 114 local residents were in the disaster zone, including 27 children who suffered serious material damage.

“The local authorities did not take measures to prevent flooding, despite the obvious risks of the terrain. The land plot of agricultural recognition, the user of which is Kolos LLC, was not processed throughout the vegetation period. There was no water disposal system along the border of the settlement, ”the press service of the supervisory authority said.

The prosecutor's office held a meeting with the participation of the heads of the administrations of the district and the village council, the director of Kolos LLC. When interacting with social protection authorities, 88 victims provided one -time financial assistance in the amount of over 2 million rubles.

The heads of the Uzhursky district and the Priluzhsky village council were introduced. Now the issue of bringing the guilty officials to administrative responsibility for failure to fulfill the duties to prevent emergencies (Article20.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation) is being considered.

The issue of compensation for damage to the affected residents remains under the control of the prosecutor's office.
