The prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory demanded to restrict access to an abandoned building in the village Red Factory Bogotolsky district. The court recognized the object unfinished municipal property, but the administration was not involved in its maintenance.

The check showed that the building has no doors or windows, so anyone, including children, can freely climb inside.

“There are no fences, no warnings, no security measures. Without preventing unauthorized access, the owner created an “ideal” place for teenage leisure without supervision.​ Such an oversight created a real threat: collapse of the structure, illegal actions or even terrorist risks,” the prosecutor’s office said.

In the interests of residents, a lawsuit was filed against the district administration demanding that the facility be closed. The court supported the position of the prosecutor's office and ordered the authorities to take measures to restrict access – to fence off the unfinished building in order to protect people from possible danger.
