Fifteen beginner farmers in the Krasnoyarsk Territory will receive grants to develop their business

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory summed up the results of the Agrostartap contest. The recipients of grants will be 15 novice farmers from Shushensky, Birilyus, Minusinsky, Achinsky, Pirovsky, Bolshemurtinsko-Sukhobuzimsky, Balakhtinsko-Novoselovsky, Uzhursky, Ermakovsky and Idrin-Krasnoturansky municipal districts.
90.2 million rubles were allocated from the federal and regional budgets for state support in this area.
Farmers will receive funds for the development of meat and dairy farming, breeding of sheep and horses of the meat direction, as well as growing potatoes. At least 10 % of the costs need to pay for the implementation of their business plan to the recipients of the grant, the rest will be financed at the expense of the federal budget. Grants must be implemented in five years according to the presented plan. Money will be aimed at the purchase of agricultural animals, equipment and equipment.
Among the recipients of Grant is Andrei Markelov from the Ermakovsky district. He decided on a grant after returning from a special military operation, where he went as a volunteer. This year, at the competitive selection for the Agrostartap grant, the participants had an additional ball. The farmer will be engaged in meat livestock.
“The whole life of our family is connected with agriculture. Always kept cows. We have a large greenhouse, my wife won a grant in the year before last – it is engaged in the cultivation of potatoes. The immediate plans are the acquisition of a cattle of the Gereford meat cattle, as well as the technique necessary for harvesting feed, ”says Andrei Markelov.
Farmers who have received grants should provide the annual increase in the volume of agricultural production for five years, create and maintain workplaces during the implementation of the project, as well as achieve indicators provided for by the business plan.
“Interest in this area among the inhabitants of the region has not subsided for several years, which is indicated by a rather large number of applications. Support for meat and dairy farming, growing potatoes – among the priority areas of development of the agro -industrial complex, ”said Dmitry Voropaev, Minister of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Also in the near future, family farms will receive state support for the development of their work. In the Ministry of Agriculture of the region, the selection of applications was announced to receive a subsidy for reimbursing part of the costs of family farms. The state support in the direction is allocated for equipment, equipment and special transport for agricultural production, animals and poultry. Documents are accepted until August 25 inclusive.
