Memorandum, signed by Prime Minister Armenia Nikola Paszyniana and President Azerbaijan Ilham Alijew provides a future peace agreement. Under the document The parties accepted the durability of borders recognized by the international community. The main dispute was Górski Karabach, which, although formally belonged to Azerbaijan, was in practice controlled by Armenians for years. Trump Route instead of Fort Trump
The agreement in Washington also includes findings regarding the creation of a new communication route – the so -called Zangezurski corridor. The route, officially called Tripp (Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity), will connect the main part of Azerbaijan with its exclava Nachichevan, running through the territory of Armenia.
