142 sights with thermal imagers for 29 million rubles were seized by customs officers at Sheremetyevo Airport. The foreigner planned to fly out with such luggage into Qatar.
As the 35-year-old owner of the found himself said, I bought them in Moscow for 21k rubles from a friend. He handed over all 142 subjects in luggage, but did not know about declaration. The examination showed that these are thermal imaging sights and brackets for hunting weapons. And, based on the quantity, the party was intended for sale, but not for personal use.
The goods were seized, a case was brought for a violation under the article “Non -classification of goods.” As a result, the violator is threatened with administrative, confiscation of goods and a fine to his double value. By a court decision, they can be sent on their own – it is more necessary there.
