The Russian sailor was wounded as a result of an attack on the Greek ship in the Red Sea – his leg was amputated. Two more crew members are dead and at least one suffered as a result of an attack on a dry load under the flag of Liberia and Greece.
Previously, the Hussites hit Eternity with sea drones and jet grenades launched from boats. Everything happened 50 sea miles from the port of Hodeid in Yemen. On board was a crew of 21 citizens of the Philippines and one Russian.
This is the second such attack per day. Prior to this, the Husites took responsibility for the attack on another dry cargo ship – MV Magic Seas – which was also controlled by Greece and went under the flag of Liberia. The ship sank.
