According to the blogger, this is a special recipe – very light and with a highlight. The author of the blog advised to add to the banks one flower of marigolds, assuring that thanks to this secret ingredient, canned tomatoes will turn out fragrant with a light citrus loss.
Products on a jar of 0.5 l:
- tomatoes;
- parsley twigs;
- Two horseradish rings;
- grains of mustard and coriander;
- one clove bud;
- five peas of black pepper;
- one and a half clove of garlic;
- two pieces of spicy pepper;
- one bay leaf;
- one flower of a velvet;
- 25 g of sugar;
- 8 g of salt;
- 15 g of vinegar;
- water.
Cooking
- Pour clean jars with boiling water. Put the greens and all spices in each jar.
- Add velvet.
- Fill the banks with tomatoes.
- Pour the cans with boiling water and leave for 15 minutes.
- Drain the water and pour the tomatoes with boiling water again. Leave for 20 minutes, and then drain the water into the pan and bring to a boil.
- At this time, add sugar, salt and vinegar to each jar.
- Pour the jars with boiling water and close hermetically with lids.
- Leave until completely cooled. You do not need to turn the banks.
