Products on a jar of 0.5 l:

  • tomatoes;
  • parsley twigs;
  • Two horseradish rings;
  • grains of mustard and coriander;
  • one clove bud;
  • five peas of black pepper;
  • one and a half clove of garlic;
  • two pieces of spicy pepper;
  • one bay leaf;
  • one flower of a velvet;
  • 25 g of sugar;
  • 8 g of salt;
  • 15 g of vinegar;
  • water.

Cooking

  1. Pour clean jars with boiling water. Put the greens and all spices in each jar.
  2. Add velvet.
  3. Fill the banks with tomatoes.
  4. Pour the cans with boiling water and leave for 15 minutes.
