The city hall explained that last year the Department of Urban Planning signed an agreement with the developer on assistance in the development of social infrastructure. In addition to the square, builders will develop design documentation for the overhaul of school No. 24 in the Lane Svetlogorsk. They will also transfer 4 one-room apartments for orphans and immigrants from emergency housing to municipal property free of charge.

“This developer is not the only one with whom we entered into an agreement last year. There are more than 20 such companies. The range of their social obligations is wide: ranging from the improvement of public spaces to the construction and commissioning of engineering networks, capital construction projects, and overhaul facilities. I will give an example: on the street. The Norilsk developer will have to build a skate park and a square, the other will repair ul. Restored and transfer dozens of apartments for the resettlement of citizens from emergency houses, on the street.
